@slinganswers I had my Roku installed correctly so I was going to do the free service for a week cause I have a month subscription but when I go under app on my Xfinity the only one I seen was sling international not the regular sling channel

after multiple unsuccessful attempts to receive a connection.. I decided to use their hotspot @Xfinity from my username & p/w but that didn’t work either. End result,they can’t explain why my service was cancelled nor explain why they “activated” my modem while not having service

@slinganswers I have a card for the amount of the sling service for a month but I use Roku so when I go on there looking for sling it has the international one how do I get the regular one . the Xfinity guy installed it for but it has international sling

@cagoddard1 @XfinitySupport My good internet service is through Xfinity so it makes more sense to bundle I think. I need SEC Network, and it’s hard to get that out west 😔 I have all of the EPSNs, but for some reason I can’t watch them on my TV right now (but can on my phone). Weird.

My ATT @Uverse box is rebooting. Forever. Little circle chasing itself. I pulled the plug to reboot it because it wouldn't show recordings. Switching from @comcast because they cut off my service working in my yard and would not prioritize restoring it was a mistake.

Finally got a way to look at the actual logs from the cable modem and I'm getting T4 errors which is most likely a headend error. I hate this. I love not paying for internet but I hate not being able to call Comcast myself.
