So at 9am I made my first of 6 calls, so far, to @comcast everytime I got disconnected after holding for over 20 minutesI was told 2 and half hours ago to contact @comcastcares to sort out my problem. Still waiting.I originally contacted @Comcast on May 7... today is May 18

.@comcast @Xfinity said they wouldn’t charge me for a service appointment because the complex I live in was supposed to be set up for xfinity and now there’s a $70 service fee on my bill but when I try to schedule a call the app says they can’t do it. 🙄

@wastemanagment competes w Comcast for worst customer service. 8 calls (we’ll call you back - never) over 31 days and 4 commitments to deliver a new can. Finally they told us it had been delivered this morning and kept saying “are you sure it’s not there? Would you go look?”

@comcast we’re now 10 days in and I’ve heard nothing from your rep about moving my service. I’ve been in my new home for 5 days now without internet. Service at my old home was disconnected 14th. everytime I call nobody seems to be able to give me an answer. #hurtingmybusiness

@comcast the rep who blatantly lied to me can also apologize to my daughter who hasn’t been able to do online school work. What’s hilarious is I was sticking with you in the move because of your great customer service. Ha. EPIC FAIL on my part to fall for it.

Thank God for @Verizon for giving customers more data during this crisis. If I had to rely on @comcast @Xfinity service I would have probably been fired. You can’t #WorkFromHome if your ridiculously expensive internet service doesn’t work.

Nice to new house. Told by @Xfinity that they would have our service transferred. Old house was disconnected in friday. Still haven’t heard from them to set up the new address. Only stayed because “the customer service was top notch” reconsidering that thought now. #annoyed

@comcast still waiting on that call from one of your customer service reps regarding moving my service. Old service has been connected an said rep promised I would be up and running belt the time I moved (14th) I’ve heard absolutely nothing and I’m sitting with no internet. #wtf

So Comcast has offered free internet to some and at the same time ours goes down and has been a total blackout for hours. Incredible.

No satellite because of it has to face front and not allowed by association. And only WiFi available. Cable is better then WiFi so I’m ******.

@cagoddard1 @XfinitySupport My good internet service is through Xfinity so it makes more sense to bundle I think. I need SEC Network, and it’s hard to get that out west 😔 I have all of the EPSNs, but for some reason I can’t watch them on my TV right now (but can on my phone). Weird.

My ATT @Uverse box is rebooting. Forever. Little circle chasing itself. I pulled the plug to reboot it because it wouldn't show recordings. Switching from @comcast because they cut off my service working in my yard and would not prioritize restoring it was a mistake.

Finally got a way to look at the actual logs from the cable modem and I'm getting T4 errors which is most likely a headend error. I hate this. I love not paying for internet but I hate not being able to call Comcast myself.
