All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. print is rubbing off
cup is ok, art is good, the print has started to rub off though, i have been very careful to wash in cold water, no dishwasher, still is rubbing off, maybe just from holding it but it hasn't been long

I like the cup’s design but the brand risk flavor stained it completely. I don’t understand why gamer supps would include a flavor that can stain the cup you bought, it’s crazy to me. Do not know whether it is the fault of the flavor or the cup.
