  • How many meal replacements should I eat per day?
    • You are required to eat 5 core products and 3 additional products per day for a total of 8 meal replacements per day for proper nutrition. Core products can be ordered from the upper box on the order form. Additional products are listed in the box below the core products. Products must be ordered and consumed every week to ensure adequate nutrition. If you have questions about your individual nutritional needs, please ask a doctor, nurse practitioner, or your group leader.
  • Why do I need to consume 5 core products per day?
    • If you’re unable to come to class for any reason, please email your group leader in advance of your absence. Make sure that you have enough meal replacements to last you through the week that you are missing. If you require it, we can mail your meal replacements to your home, or you can pick them up any time from 9am-6:30pm Monday through Thursday or 9am-5pm on Friday.
  • What should I do if I can’t come to class one week?
    • If you’re unable to come to class for any reason,or ifyou have any causeplease email your group leader in advance of your absence.
