Amazing manicures and pedicures. Super consistent while being a friendly place to be. I found this place 4 years ago and haven't wanted to leave. Kacie is my go to but they are all super at making you look and feel great.

I finally got the opportunity to get my nails done today at P'zazz and they did not disappoint! Despite not having an appointment, they got me in. I felt like I won the lottery!
I was beyond impressed by the special touch of customer care not just with me but with everyone that came in the door. Everyone that worked here knew every customer that walked in by name! Not just one person but it was everyone that came in. They even commented on family members, spouses and kids. I knew I was in the right place.
P'zazz was busy but as a customer, you'd never know. The music was calming and the atmosphere was like a spa. No yelling from team members competing over loud music. No loud chatter from patrons. It was like everyone knew they were here to relax and it was a welcome surprise!
I know you may not believe me but they have EVERY nail color you could ever want or imagine! I struck OPI gold here and despite not finding my color at first glance, they knew what color I was looking for and found the dip immediately.
I got my nails done by Gigi and judging by the patrons that greeted her, she was loved and respected. I just had a major surgery with several complications that I've been slowly recovering from. I have a wound vac and truth be told, I am embarrassed to be seen in public. Gigi was so empathetic. When it came time for me to wash my hands, I dreaded having to walk past everyone with a wound vac and tubes coming out of my body. Instead, Gigi cleaned my hands while I sat comfortably in the chair. It may not seem like much to you but it meant the world to me that she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
I drove an hour to get here and I will happily drive an hour when I get my nails done again in 2-3 weeks. I hope you give this place a try. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, Gigi

Lovely experience here today. The girl who greeted me was professional and friendly. They fit me in for a polish change. The owner who did my nails was so nice and thanked me for coming in. Will definitely be back. Will call and make an appointment next time.
