This is some complete Bullsh*t!! Getting 1GB service from @Xfinity with @xfinityhome and yet I get a DATA CAP limit! .No upfront warning, no verbal offer from customer service during install and now an extra $2 charges to my bill. Yes it's small, poor practice!

@sherfranklin Xfinity is awful! My 80 yr old mother has it. I'm constantly calling them out on charges on her bill. They always add a movie or two to it. My mother doesn't even know how to find movies on Xfinity. I think they're crooks!!!!
