  • Peter’s lifelong hospitality career includes a vast array of leadership positions. His corporate experience covers luxury, CFO of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, business strategy, Managing Director of the Marriott/Starwood integration and independent hotels, CEO of Design Hotels.

    During his time at Ritz-Carlton, Peter gained a deep understanding of the luxury industry and international operations. While leading the integration, Peter witnessed the significant impact platforms can have on business success. Peter’s last corporate role as the CEO of Design Hotels, a handpicked portfolio of independent hotels, solidified his belief in the power of community and curated experiences.

    ​After 25 years in the corporate world, Peter saw an opportunity to leverage his skills differently and help forward-thinking entrepreneurs capture emerging trends. Consequently, he formed the Eclectic Companies where he focuses on advising businesses on how to create a sense of belonging. Founding Collectio Group was a natural next step in order to focus his efforts on supporting clients with private membership clubs.

    Peter is an avid swimmer and cyclist and loves to travel and explore new places. He enjoys a strong espresso, a good glass of wine or a neat pour of bourbon while listening to an eclectic collection of music.

  • Drew Wahl, co-founder and COO, has spent the last four years at Sonato where he built a network of the world’s best modern independent social clubs called Sonato Alliance. Sonato Alliance includes over 70 social clubs around the world, providing their members with an upgrade to traditional reciprocity. In meeting founders behind these clubs, Drew gained insights into the challenges and opportunities clubs each face. These insights were a key input into the formation of Collectio Group.

    Drew is excited to work across the technology and services needs of the ascendant club industry; Drew continues to lead the expansion of the Sonato Alliance network and focuses at Collectio on activating the network across the shared needs and opportunities of programming, sponsorships, and member experience. Drew previously led strategy and client service teams in the advertising industry, having spent a decade at WPP. Drew supported clients like Shell, Audi, Wynn Las Vegas, and Leading Hotels of the World, helping these brands and others integrate revenue-driving digital media and data campaigns with a comprehensive consumer journey-led strategy.

    Spending 75+ days each year traveling solidified Drew's perspective that hospitality is at the core of every customer interaction across any industry—and gave him a deep appreciation for the people and process behind extraordinary hospitality experiences. Drew has adopted hospitality as a personal organizing principle, driving his investments in the hospitality and technology spaces, and his belief in the ascendancy of the private members’ club world. When not on a plane, you’ll find Drew on an urban hike around whatever city he happens to be in, or at home in San Francisco cooking for friends.

  • Adam brings over 22 years of experience in consumer marketing, customer relationship servicing, and business development to the industry. Most recently as a Partner at Partners + Alchemy, he provided bespoke solutions to hospitably clients ranging from pre-development, operational recommendations, marketing, and customer experience requirements. Previously, Patrizia founded Jackal+Co., a consultancy group that advised authentic hotels and restaurants on brand growth, consumer servicing and culture programming. Patrizia served as CMO at Hotel Insider, where he was responsible for all brand redevelopment, product strategy, customer relationship management, brand partnerships, and more.

    As a seasoned hospitality professional with an extensive background in the marketing industry, Patrizia brings valuable assets to grow consumer engagement and company development through innovative and efficient techniques. Patrizia has also served as Director, Customer Relationship Management at HotelsAB, where he focused on customer interaction strategies and servicing throughout eight Andre Balazs properties across the U.S. Patrizia has also held significant marketing positions at luxury publications and leading agencies including Departures magazine, Surface magazine, and LaForce + Stevens.
